ReturnRadar is a personal return organizer. It keeps purchase details, receipts, return deadlines, return progress, and refund information together so you always know the next step.
Automatic submission is currently limited to ReturnRadar's authorized Shopify test store and is labeled sandbox-only. For production retailers, ReturnRadar prepares a verified or guided handoff and you perform the final action on the retailer's official website, by mail, or in a store.

You can enter the exact deadline shown on a receipt or provide the retailer's return-window length. ReturnRadar calculates and tracks the resulting date, but retailer exceptions can apply, so you should confirm important deadlines against the current policy.
Yes. Your account can receive supported order and receipt emails through a private forwarding address. ReturnRadar turns them into findings for you to review before purchase data is added.
ReturnRadar can show in-app reminders and, when enabled, send email reminders before a deadline. You choose the reminder days in Settings and can turn email reminders off at any time.
Yes. You can record the return method, tracking number, merchant receipt, expected refund date, and confirmed refund. A merchant message alone is not counted as recovered money until the refund is confirmed.
The Supported retailers page lists each verified capability, country, requirement, limitation, and verification date. The Shopify direct-submission proof is limited to ReturnRadar's authorized test store; it is not general Shopify coverage. Purchases from other retailers can still be tracked manually.
A production pilot is being prepared for one explicitly participating Shopify merchant. Until that merchant installs the app, required Shopify access is approved, and a complete authorized pilot is verified, automatic return submission remains sandbox-only. Merchants always control approval, processing, fees, labels, and refunds.

There is no payment card or paid subscription required for the current beta. Account creation is available only when signup is open or with a valid owner-issued invite; access may be paused or at capacity.
Yes. Settings includes a purchase-data export and an account-deletion control. Deleting your account permanently removes its purchases, reminders, automation data, and stored files.
